Spacious and ideal for entertaining, One Bedroom Suites are located exclusively in the main building. Each suite features an elegantly appointed living room. The attached bedroom is spacious and well appointed. These rooms offer a variety of views.

Two Bedroom Suite

Our Two Bedroom Suites are ideal for families and entertaining. These suites feature a grand parlour living room, Bose stereo system, crown molding, individually styled furniture, a powder room and private entrance. Each bedroom has their own bathroom, offering total comfort and privacy. Two Bedroom Suites are located in the main building.

Terrace Suite

Our newly renovated, spacious Terrace Suites offer modern décor, one luxurious bedroom, a grand living area, separate dining area, gas fireplace and feature a large outdoor terrace with spectacular Bow Valley views. These suites include a large luxurious bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and separate shower.

Gallery Suite

The ultimate Castle experience, the Gallery Suite is a two bedroom, newly renovated suite combining luxury and refinement with distinctive architectural detail. A large living room with spectacular views of the Bow and Spray Valleys connects to a splendid master bedroom with king bed and a second bedroom with two double beds.

The Royal Suite

Offering unsurpassed luxury, this grand Banff suite was designed for royalty, dignitaries and extra special occasions. This unforgettable suite features a reception foyer, spacious living room, grand piano, upper perimeter library, powder room and multiple windows. The attached master bedroom is private, featuring a spectacular chandelier, window seat and additional bathroom. General Information
Renowned for its panoramic beauty, The Fairmont Banff Springs Golf Course is a captivating and challenging layout set in the heart of Canada's Rocky Mountains.

The course offers just two simple things. First, a breathtaking view in every direction and second, a magnificent layout that thrills every golfer fortunate enough to spend a day here. Amateurs and professionals alike are constantly amazed by its panoramic challenge. From the actual hole design to the optical illusions created by the surrounding mountains, this course will delight and tempt you.

Stanley Thompson, Canada's master golf course architect, used his expert talent when he designed the original 18 holes in 1928. The course winds along the Bow River under the snow-capped peaks of Sulphur Mountain and Mount Rundle. In 1989, 9 holes were added, resulting in 27 holes of championship layout.

A golf academy and practice facility will assist you in sharpening your game before your day on the links. Club and shoe rentals are also available.

Transportation
The Fairmont Banff Springs Golf Course Clubhouse is a 30-minute walk from the hotel. A shuttle service is available between the hotel and the Clubhouse, and leaves every half hour (on the hour and half hour) from the hotel's main entrance. Hiking Trails

Some of the programs available are the Canadian Rockies Interpretive Walking Program, Sunshine Meadows Shuttle and Nature Walk, The Spirit of the Canyon Winter Walks, Nature of Banff - A Special Place, and Star Gazing. Please contact the Concierge for complete information, reservations and fees.

Horseback Riding

Enjoy western-style trail rides departing from The Fairmont Banff Springs Corral with the choice of a one-hour or a three-hour ride. The one-hour ride departs on the hour from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily and travels along the Bow River, passing by the Bow Falls. Three hour rides depart at 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and follow the trail along the Spray Valley with spectacular views of Mount Rundle and the Spray River. Reservations are recommended. Available from mid-April until the end of October. Long pants are recommended, particularly for the three hour ride. Please bring a jacket in case of weather changes. Skiing

Downhill Skiing in the Rockies Breathe the crisp mountain air and marvel at some of nature's most awe-inspiring handiwork. Four of the finest ski areas in the Rocky Mountains are just a short drive away, so pick your favorite or ski different terrain every day. With a ski season that typically runs from mid-November to mid-May, the area offers some of the best skiing in North America.

Tennis

Discover the perfect match to your game. Five supreme turf courts are available at The Fairmont Banff Springs or learn the game from the tennis pro. Equipment is available for use. Reservations can be made on the hour, throughout the day. The tennis courts are open from mid-May until early October. Tennis apparel is preferred along with light-colored soled tennis shoes.

Water Sports

Canoeing, Canoeing at Lake Louise, Lake Minnewanka Boat Cruise to Devil's Gap, River Float Trips and Whitewater Rafting are available. Please contact the Concierge for complete information and fees.

Wedding Facilities

The Fairmont Banff Springs is Fairmont's 'Castle in the Rockies', with its charming splendor and gracious hospitality, the Resort provides the perfect setting for your fairy tale wedding. Set amidst backdrops of majestic mountains with breathtaking views, the resort was designed with a Scottish Baronial Castle in mind creating an atmosphere of romantic sophistication fitting for any wedding or reception.

Winter Sports

Canyon Ice Walks, Dogsledding, Ice Fishing, Learn to Ski/Snowboard, Skating, Sleigh Rides, Snowmobiling and Snowshoeing are all available at Banff Springs. Contact the Concierge for information, reservations and fees.
